According to the new bill passed in New York, anyone:

i) is guilty of CRIMINAL POSSESSION in the 3rd degree if they own 3 or more firearms; no matter what kind they are. So you could own 3 muskets and be a criminal.

AND

ii) is also guilty of CRIMINAL POSSESSION in the 1st degree if they own an 'assault weapon'. And according to the bill, assault weapons are now down to 1 military style feature including the popular pistol grip.

I guess NY is going to have a lot of new "felons".

As they continue to pass these laws to take our guns away they will do it in small steps. They will setup many events where people can voluntarily bring in their weapons. Then they will require all guns (no matter the type) be registered and all law abiding citizen will obey. Then they will set dates when the guns will need to be turned in and give people more opportunities to give up their guns. Then they will go to their list of gun owners who have not turned them in the one by one raid their homes when they are not home or at night and take the guns.

The gov is not dumb enough to take all all citizens at once. They will systematically disarm us so we can defend ourselves from them. King Obama will pass legislation to eliminate term limits using executive order and he will rule us until his death.
