I need a how to on how to install the zzp performance s3 heat exchanger on a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged 2.0L ecotec without taking the front bumper off. If you could include pictures that would be appriciated.
lol i know this sounds retarded but maybe a how to on taking the bumper off? i couldnt get mine off and said fuck it and did it with it on.
it's the 4 small black screws in the middle of the front car under the hood and then there's 2 bolts that are tapered into each left and right side. it'll just yank off carefully after you get the 4 easy black screws.

Bump. For instructions on how to install heat exchanger and remove the front bumper. If you could include pictures that would be even more greatly appriciated.
I took my bumper off like 5 times in 2 days cuz i had a leak from the hose connector on the h/e itself. i would say 2/3 plastic retainers and 1 screw on the wheel well on both sides and 2/3 retainers under the splash sheild and then 4 screws on top by the hood latch then u kinda gotta give it a tug.
Line up where u want ur H/E u mount so u can cut ur hose or run ur stock hose easier then take a marker and dot the spots so u can drill them for the bolts. Then its easy from there and adding coolant/water and bleeding the air.
