Turbo Ion redline?

I was wondering if anyone has put a turbo in place of the sc. Seeing as the internals already handle boost you wouldnt have to worry about much.

well some one could probably just fabricate a turbo kit with a little know how and it would probably be cheaper...

It's not the engine causing the problem, its the brain that can't be worked on thats causing the issue.

yes we have almost everything already fabbed up for the conversion but no full way to control it without doing a full stand alone. i have twice now started into a stand alone on the redline and twice told the customer it would be way more $$$ to do this kind of job than its worth i may do it to my own car but i can leave it sit for a while while i can work the bugs out. but even to reproduce it would be a nightmare. there are many people working on the oem ecu i personally have a guy in japan working on it and he has made good progress he has a few thing wide open now, just trying to get it fully open so we can utilize it fully. this guy is a technical engineer as hks and this is even giving him issues. so turbo yes very easy and not expensive at all to do ecu is the existing problem at this point
