Bypass Valve

Read some topic that talk about that, but no dedictac topic.

So, we all know that the line that come from the top of the S/C Build boost.

If you follow, you will reach the solenoid.

The line goes back to the actuator. Then there's an other line that come from the actuator to the S/C!

People telling that removing the hose and block it will make boost goes to 15 PSI, but not, there's no air that can exit if you release the gas.

People telling that if you remove both plug on the solenoid and connect them together, you actualy LOOSE power!

Also using this trick : https://www.rpmoutlet.com/boost bypassc.htm LOOSE power.

So, anyone have thinking or switch the 2 plug on the actuator with the SVT trick ? (I don't really know how those actuator work... still in learning phase)

If you looking at this pics :

You can see that the hose from the solenoid (I mean the one that WAS on the solenoid) is connecter to the top, not to the bottum like us ?

With that, we may reverse the system and make it work ?

I've semi sucessfully used the svt technique before myself. The one that seems to work best for me is just pulling off the line going from the solenoid to the BPV.

I'd be more interested, but most that have tried this start popping codes.....I'm not wanting to start that. I'll wait for the pulley mod.
