Pulley rings?

I'm going to order a 3.1" DUB from SFPH in the next week but they also have listed pulley rings. What exactly are they, I dont want to buy a 140 dollar pulley and need other parts yet.

You have to buy the $140 pulley first and then you can just buy the pulley rings to change to different sizes.

Nope mines been in to the dealership for oil changes and the techs want to know were i got it cause they have redlines

I might be jumping on the wagon with these as well... I have 2 races left, and want a little more power... I'll most likely order the pulley and a ring or two on Friday.

My sweetheart girlfriend is buying me the 3.1" for my birthday I figure if it doesnt boost the peak HP it should hopefully atleast get me there a little quicker.

Where do you get dyno'd, I dont know of anywhere around here. I'm about an hour and a half north of chicago.

I know some one here has run this set-up, Clownhair I think, but I am looking to run a pully with water injection. I am wondering if the two will put me over the 16-16.5 psi that the ECU can see. I decided that I do not want to go with a piggyback, so I want to squeeze every last bit I can out of the ECU. Does anyone know what the water injection gains are as far as boost levels?
