I talked to the GM guys at the bash, sometime in Jan-March this stuff will be out, and for those thinking about warranties, each of the stages has one of its own and will not void your cars warranty, that’s one advantage of buying GM performance parts the other is that they are designed by the people that enginerded the car they know every part of the car they know where performance gains can be found and they certainly know how much is to much and they have so much money to back them and so many resources to test with its ridicules. I may wait to see what’s available from GM since I am parking the RL for this winter but it will come down to which I think is the better buy for the money, options are good to have.

What Blu is hinting at, is the release of ECU mods... that will NOT be compatible with Psi-Fi, without a serious retune...

My only issue, is that I've heard this all before, but I too, will be waiting for SEMA before I go crazy. I need to stay in the stock class for a few more months anyway.

There's always a chance Psi-Fi could retune as well... I don't know how easy that is, but you have a point about not waiting...

On a thread related note...

I wold think stage one should bump up to 230hp... competitve with the SRTs.

Stage2.... who knows... another 25 or possibly up to the 272 from the Cobalt272 concept....

just a little rant here, but, people are complaining about performance aftermarket. So here comes psi-fi with a pulley kit. we wait and wait for the R&D to be done. Now the kit is ready, and I have ordered. but now the threat of stage1 and stage2 upgrades linger about, and its O I'm gonna wait until this show or that and see what happens. Not taken a shot at you Sp00ner, just my 2cents.

Well, I think you'll find that I made a very similar point....

Some people are in a hurry though, and since this is almost the end of the season, they don't mind waiting a little longer to see what might come out of GM. What I'm more amused with, is the people that were really screaming for the kit, that have no intention of buying it now. I'd be right on board if it weren't for the $600 I need for tires before anything else.

I'm just trying to step, instead of shutting up when something gets released. I think that came out right. my mind and fingers don't always work in harmony
