I'm just wanting to make my exhaust louder but not obnoxious (yes i'm an 18 year old that wants a somewhat loud exhaust to show off!). Any ideas??? I was just thinking of getting like a new muffler and exhaust tip but how much louder could you make the stock the exhaust by putting on those two things?

I'm going to recommend that you leave the exhaust alone, at least from the cat-back. The stock muffler sounds best & if flow is a concern, just do the CTI over-the-axle piece to get it all to 2.5". GM did a pretty good job with our car so a lot of "performance" parts do little, if anything, to help. I got a Magnaflow cat-back & miss the factory exhaust sound. I don't really like the Magnaflow but it's prob one of the quieter options.
I just don't want to see you waste money that could be better spent on stuff that'll help like a stage kit, cooling mods, etc.
(Rick) Kewley (GMPD) also told us the car was lowered, the shifter throws were shortened, and the pedals were moved closer together, which is why the Red Line's ridiculously tall ride height, its poorly placed pedals, and its long-throw shifter leave us shaking our heads.
Ya I know I just want something more throaty and deep than the stock so I can actually hear it. Right now all I hear is the supercharger because I have GM stage 2 with K&N Typhoon.

I don't know how much more "deep & throaty" you can get with a 4-banger. Not sure how a header would sound with the factory cat-back. A cat-less downpipe would make it louder but most don't like the sound/loudness of going cat-less.
What muffler though... heard someone on hear has dynomax or something like that and they like it. I know vibrant, magnaflow (don't really want) and borla make them (I think they would fit our car)?
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, you must be crazy haha. I had a muffler swap and then got the CAI... I so wish I could go back to just stock exhaust so I could hear that whine... Trust me that whine is a lot more of a head turner, if someone knows what that sound is they'll be impressed.
And like they said, just swap it out with another muffler, I just bought a ebay fart can, I paid an extra 20$ to get a name brand one but it still sounds crappy but its mostly engine sounding now. 25$ shipped 2 1/4 in and out off ebay will get you what you're looking for.
