Update On Interceptor Scan Gauge

OK, I now have the ION Red Line version in my car for testing and here is what it reads:
  • Intake Air °F 78° These are just one example of a set of temps. I usually see 23° - 30° difference between the outside air and the intercooled air just cruising. mashing the throttle gets it up to 150°+ quickly, but it gets right back down just as fast.
  • Intake Air 2 °F 106°
  • Coolant °F 186°
  • RPM
  • MAF lbs/min
  • MAF Frequency
  • Manifold PSI -10.5 to 11.9 *75 MPH on flat land got a -5.x and I was getting 30 MPH on that trip. Shows that there is no boost while cruising
  • SC Inlet PSI -14 on a hard charge the more negative # the better. This is a measure of SC suck power.
  • Throttle PCT 99while on the floor, 6 while idling w/AC on
  • Knock Retard I run Shell 93 and it is nearly impossible to get a reading
  • Ignition Adv 19° to 39° Cruising @ 75MPH usually gets a steady 38° advance
  • Pulse width ms
  • Short Trim B1
  • Long Trim B1
  • O2 Voltage
  • Run Time min
  • Battery voltage 14.2
  • IAC Pos ** shows zero - plan on being deleted
  • Engine Load 84 on a hard run, 31 cruising @ 75 MPH
I'm to get back to them with feedback by the weekend, I assume the gauges will be ready for sale within a week. I saw a lot of components while I was there, they are ready for retail.

They have been selling Interceptors that work in other GM cars for a while now. The problem was our ECU didn't support a bunch of the PID codes, so some parameters were OK, some read ZERO and then others gave bogus values. I donated the use of my car on several occasions so the ECU could be scanned and they could wade through all of the info to give us a working gauge. It looks like it is finally finished. I have a test gauge in the car now for 2 - 3 days to make sure all of the parameters function without any glitches. I'm supposed to get back with them tomorrow with an all is good report and then the sales will open up for the Red Line (LSJ) specific gauge.

Awesome! I'll most likely send mine back to him on the 1st of October, after my last race. I like showing it off. People are constantly impressed by it.

He's saying in like two days. He's been keeping us QUITE up to date. Thanks again Blu. If you head off to the aeroforce website, you can email him directly to place the order. It should be ready in a couple of days, email him and ask him if you can order it up. That's the way I would go at this point, Blu has a fully functioning one, I've been keeping up with him on it. It should be ready by Monday from what I'm seeing here.

Looks good
I suspect the MAF sensor should be grams/sec (like it is on the Tech 2)
The IAC PID was supposed to be dropped a long time ago as the LSJ doesnt have an IAC valve.
