I am not sold on the zzp experiment. It doesn't appear to be a sufficiently sized intercooler. We have a roots style blower which are known for higher heat output than turbos, twin screw, or centrifugal super chargers (basically a belt driven turbo).

Take a look at the link above. It is good for 350hp on a turbo. Look at the size. Core Size: 9.25"x3.5"x3.5" (Endtanks add to length)
What are the dimension of the zzp one? is it larger than 113 inches cubed?
I am not sure the amount of heat it creates more than a turbo but I would imagined more than 20% larger than a turbo intercooler.
From what I have seen, it flowed better but didn't cool any better, which, is to be expected.
