stock incooler and cooling mods to risky?

hey im wanting to buy 60# injectors with a 2.9 pulley and zzp tunned pcm. also thinking about mid length header and downpipe, is it to dangerous to run all this with out a heat exchanger and dual pass endplate?

i was reading through the mods for beginners and im thinking i can get away with just a heat exchanger. and then if i decide to go smaller then a 2.9 then buy a dual pass endplate?

You'll be fine. I drove my car as a daily driver with a 2.9 and 60's for over 2 years without any issues or cooling mods. It's all in the tune.

Might be a little riskier if it's a canned tune. I would at least to a ZZP S3 HE or an Option B kit (or both!). It's not that hard of an install, although I have never actually installed one. The Dual-pass is a little more difficult of an install than the other two.

If your car is stock, then yes. You will notice a considerable difference (with the injectors, pulley, and exhaust mods).
