Is the ZZP stage 2 with vin programed PCM any good?
Ok so im looking to purchace the ZZP stage 2 kit with vin programed PCM. Now my question is, Will I need to do anything else to the car for it to run correctly? Or can I just put in the #50 injectors, 3.0 pully, larger belt tensoner pully and then plug in the PCM?
And is it any good? like does it really add much hp or not really?
Ok thanks. I just didnt wanna spend the money and be dissapointed. Is there anything I should be careful with though? My car has high miles and im not really tryin to fuck shit up ya know
All added cooling helps but isn't needed I've been runnin stage2 on stock cooling for 4 years with no problems. Yes make sure yer iv pump is working. As long as it has been maintained milage shouldn't matter. It will be a whole new car you will be pleased you could even have them tune a 2.9 and squeeze out some extra hp but start lookin at cooling stuff then.

That may be more true up north. Down south, not so much. I can notice a major performance difference from hot to cool iats. Also, cooler iats allow for you to take more timing out of it before predetonation.

We get 100deg days up here too just only fer about a month but reguardless I agree cooling stuff is a good idea Im just sayin for most its not a must at least right away. Alot depends on what ya doin too. Mine is a daily driver so I step on it gettin onto the highway and maybe take it to the 1/4 track. My cooling stuff is goin in this summer.
Does anyone kno of a good website to get cam gears, pcm , and good timing chain at? Tryen to replace the gears while i change the chain along wit the pcm... Any advice would help thankz guys
