Its in! Im now officially PSI FI'ed

Allright its in!!!! And man its fast a F*** 2nd gear is a monster, havent gotten to drive it much yet but so far its incredibly impressive. My friend with a Mustang GT with exhuast and pulleys said Id be able to blow him away now. He helped a lot with the install and well as his brother. Anyways The soldering was the biggest obsticle... But we ended up working it out, it just took a bit of trial and error. The wiring diagram was very easy to follow and the wires were easy to work with as well... I didnt get a chance to take pictures... Sorry about that.. But ITs definately worth the money.....

Oh yea thanks to NavyMitch for a answering a couple of questions for me..

Scott

I am jealous. I'm also tired of waiting for GM. This kit may be in my very near future.

Congrats. Now....go eat some rice.

Warranty friendly? I highly doubt that thier stage packages will honor your warranty.. Hehehe Ask the SRT-4, EVO and STI guys about Stages and warranties.. Im sure they will have a few things to say. I know these guys arent GM, however GM tends to be a little bit more Conservative so Id assume the worst.... Just my 2 cents though...

Oh and thanks for the congrats! heheheh

I've actually read that the GM staged upgrades come with 2 year warranties on them. Not sure where I read that, but I do recall reading it. Maybe it was in that autoweek article...?

You could be right, but that would seem very odd for GM.. Dont know why, it just would.. But I wanna play now, not later! LOL If they do have warranties that will be awsome...

All you guys and your psi-fi boosted goodness . . . I'm jealous. I'm going to ask ya'll, and perhaps somebody from Psi-Fi will chime in, my car is a lease, but I am having a MAJOR tuning bug. Let's say I installed the kit and had a huge meltdown and needed to take my car in (or even less severe, what about when I turn in my car at the end of the lease?!) how easy will it be to pull the plug on the piggyback?

One can only hope at this point. It seems as though GM is taking a different approach to their sport compacts than other manufacturers, just look at the build book. If they do warranty the upgrades, it could do wonders for them as a company. Just remember that with any kit from them that puts down any significant power increase they would require that axels, clutch etc be upgraded to retain the warranty and that may make it cost prohibitive. That is if they even end up not voiding the warranty all together with the kits. Guess we'll be waiting a couple of months to know for sure.
