by-pass valve's actuator?

if anyone could be more specific on which hose i have to plug i would appreciate it. i just got my 3.0 pulley on my cobalt ss/sc and am not sure which hose to pull and plug.

The bottom one. It's the one that's closest to the acutator rod. The top hose routes into the supercharger/intake manifold behind the throttle body, leave that one on.

Unplug it from the actuator side (not the selenoid side) and plug the end of the hose with a screw. Leave the actuator nipple opened.

thanks that is just what i needed. got it plugged and ready to go. just changing the pulley is a huge difference. i am going to make a few runs with my roommates srt4 and see what a difference it made. he has a turbo back exhaust and CAI. it should be fun

Can this screw up a LSJ if you are running a stock pulley?

Not much gains if any with the stock pulley. I'm running my car like this and have not experienced any problems so far.
