for smaller pullys go to zzperformance.com they go all the way down to 2.35" I don't know about the m62 but on my m90 I had to have the snout machined down to fit a pully smaller than 2.8 over the end of the blower.

1/4 mile not shure yet
previous 1/4 mile with 3.25 pully and cold air intake and exhaust 14.01 @98.9

Not only is South Florida Pulley Hq a Redline sponsor, but we also have supercharger pulley systems down to 2.60". These will fit the Redline & Cobalt SS models, as long as you machine down the supercharger snout. Check it out here:

Ive Tested The 2.7 Pulley On My Car With A Larger Idler Pulley
Its Close To Max On The Sc . I Wouldn't Recomend Any Thing Smaller Than A 2.7

what size idler pulley did you use? how much boost did you see? how did it run? just curious because i have psifi kit and am thinking of running a 2.7" pulley this winter now that its cooling off below 100.

where do u get a bigger belt tensionor pulley or smaller belt for that matter?i got a 3" pulley and i think i'm getting a little belt slippage everyonce in awhile

I don't think you should get any slippage with the 3.0" pulley. Clown saw very little slippage with the 2.8" pulley, so the 3.0" should be good.

the idler pulley was 70mm billetflow pulleys . not to brag but ive checked all the pulley manufacturers & billetflow pulleys are superior to the rest check them out & compare for yourself
