Too small, pipe diamiter is 2 1/4.

It's for an '03 and '04 but not '05 and '06 Ion? It's not for the RL.

Same exhaust routing so it would fit if you wanted an EXTREMLY restrictive exhaust system. TONS of torque from 1000 to 2000rpm then your engine will choke itself

I doubt that it would bolt up to the cat correctly being so small.
