WOW SORRY no one responded yet!

put your wheel in the lowest position and pop off the top cover, it pops right off, (the stock piece in place of the latter tach)

look for un used connecters and your pre wired up. good luck to you

keith-

if your not, e mail amish and get a kit.

well wait a min. you dont know if he is going with the air hose hook up on or the "comp package" one. if it is the one that is air regulated then take a look at my sticky for routing the wires and installing a boost gauge. but if it is the comp pack or a boost gauge that is drivin my wire only then yes the wires "should" be in there, but dont you have to remove 3 screws before you can take that top peice off? i had to, but i just have an 04

3 screws ???? I've got an '04 and the cover just pops off. Totally trivial.

if he has the connectors in place, id rather plug and play with a factory calibrated gauge, than a vacumn gauge.

keith-

i have vacum now and im happily giving it up for the comp gauge setup

I had a mechanical type and replaced it with the Comp. Pkg. gauge...

It's a bit slower as far as response goes, but the ladder tach more than makes up for the lack of boost gauge responsiveness. That thing is priceless.
