has anyone ever thought of actually rebuilding the blower so it can take 20k rpm and pulley it down so we can take advantage of it? obvioulsy we will need JBP's 10 pass intercooler, big ass HE with nitrous blasting it to even think about running something like a 2.2 pulley. but has anyone actually done such a thing?

Why waste the time and energy on that? You would have to redesign the rotors because it is not only a matter of it holding up, it is a matter of creating turbulent air and spinning the blower past efficiency: parasitic loss/heat creation/boost pressure ratio...

I see doing a TS swap or wait and see what the TVS is going to look like.
