sms header on the way

Just confirmed it on ups tracking Both headers delivered on tuesday. Hmmm I wonder should I play hookie from work and slap these babies on. HELL YA!! As soon as I get these bad boys I'll post pics with install pics.

BTW my bb tb's came yesterday and now that I have pullies. This little car better fly, oh ya dont forget my direct port nx kit sittin in my shop I just got.
I feel all gitty like a school girl. Now if I could just find an eighteen year old chik, oh wait thats prob not good if the wife reads this.

They where going to deliver yesterday but then they called back and made it monday. And yes you wife got all the info for me tell her thanks, I was at work and kinda in the middle of something when she called back. Hope she didnt think I was trying to be mean or something.

Wes at sms is pretty hiped on getting the forged pistons and eagle rods made, so as soon as I get the spare block opened up and the samples sent off we'll be in business..

Oh ya, forgot to mention wes also found a manufacturer for the better valve springs that will also need the sample.

pretty much cam designs are done. The valve springs seem to be the weak link. BTW we are trying to get the cams ground so that no adj cam gears will be needed cause those things are ridiculously priced.

that will be nice for ease of it all. So what are the grinds we are trying first? and which one is going on which car?

They will all be a little more aggressive than the J body stage one but they are working on a stage two that should be around where we are starting hope they consider springs. As far as who gets what I dont know what I was thinking is getting two of the first grind that way testing can be done on two cars instead of one. I'm not putting one in my wifes till we work out the bugs.
