looks like your gona have to grind a little weld on that #1 primary to get the nut to sit good. Have you put a strait edge on the flanges yet?

sorry, also did it come with a gasket? I am pretty sure just looking at it that the stock one will not work due to the cutout in the stock gasket. When you putting it on?

came with new bolts for the collector to the catalyst. No gasket.
Although I personally could give a rats ass about the gasket. Ive taken off a LOT LOT LOT of headers and exhaust manifolds and reused the gaskets on 95% and never seen a single one that leaked.

compare this shot:

with this one:

now i don't see alot of differences in that flange at all. and i HAD to make my custom gasket. i think if you're going to put that one, you need to pick up a sheet of the felpro stuff first just in case.

i might be wrong but i don't think i am.... if mine gets here tomorrow i will fit it up against the stock gasket i have laying in my garage and post a picture of the issue i had. what happens is the stock manifold is wider (between top and bottom) so when the gasket is put against the header, there will not be enough of the header flange material to cover up the holes in the gasket

this is a really poor drawing of what i was trying to explain lol

the red are the bolt holes, blue exhaust ports and purple is the stock gasket, you can see since the material is cut away on the header flange the gasket will not seal properly...unless i got some weird one of a kind gasket from the factory which i highly doubt
