sms headers arrived

man all I have to say is they look sweet, long tubes eqaul length, true merge collector, and oh ya did I mention IT CAME WITH GASKETS! To be honest I am kinda glad I stayed with sms cause with the long style header well you know.

I did see the post for the tog arrived and it also looked very good. I just really wanted the full length plus it came with the down pipe.

OK this is pissing me off I cant get my new digital camera to download pics. I'll have to read the stupid book again and I'll post tomorrow, sorry.

Yeah, THAT is a fucking performance header...

The TOG header is a joke in comparison...

I am so not happy with them...

Yep thats the header, the pieces look very good and fitment should be no problem. But we will find out on monday when I put them in. One thing that I really like is the flange is a perfect fit to the ports on the head but it has some material that can be removed for port matching ( true performance headers and intake manifolds have excess material for this reason). Dont confuse this with restriction because the factory ports match the header perfectly but after porting the head you can match them. If you are wondering how I know about the port alighnment I have a extra engine in my shop and I used the factory gasket to check.

I really am worried about the situation on the tog's. I really hope things work out, it would be a shame to see another scyne issue. To be honest after getting the sms header I am glad I put my trust in wes at sms he has by far helped me out with getting stuff, sms is where I got my direct port n2o also not to mention my BBTB and a bunch of other stuff.
