Here's one - If I'm running the Stage 1 kit and POSSIBLY swapping between BFs 3.15" and 2.9" pulley rings, which plugs should I run with? And what should I gap them at?

I never took spark plugs into account when it come to tuning. While this information is very useful. How does one determine the "best" plug to use? I don't have a problem pissing money away, well I do have a problem with that...but anyways...When I get plugs I wanna do it once. So How does one choose a plug?

Brisk SILVER Plugs -

DOR12LGS (2 stage colder)
DOR14LGS (1 stage colder)
DOR15LGS (Stock Heat Range)

Has anyone tried the silver plugs?

How well do they stand up to heat?

I read they are better than coppers, but I don't trust everything I read. So I want your input guys..

I have run 2 stage colder iridiums, I don't like em. Coppers always worked well for me, but I can't find 2 stages colder for any brand in copper.

If the Silvers can stand up to the beating, I'll buy em...

I have the BRISK DOR 15LGS and STAGE 2. I currently upgraded to stage 2 and am not seeing any knock problems. Am planning on running for a while then inspecting to see if they have any signs of overheating.

Exclamation its not that expemsive to buy plugs

guys its not that expemsive to buy plugs. even the expensive pluhs arent realy that much we have 4 cylinders. so if a certain plug dont work try another oneuntill it does.

thats just my 2 cents.

ok i need some help picking a plug too. my 2006 has the stage 2 installed and i will be putting on the pulley boys 2.8 that fits the stage 2 hub. i will eventually also put on my k&n CAI when i get the part im missing. according to the info i see above, i should be looking for a 2 stage colder plug. im unsure of what to gap them at though.

I have a 2006 with GM stage 2 and K&N CAI? Do I need plugs. Its an obvious question since I don't have anyway to watch the engine stats as of yet. I am thinking about getting the HP Tuners or one of them handy dandy guages, but I don't yet. Just curious since I am still getting a ton of black stuff out the tail pipe...seems a bit worse with stage 2 installed. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
