... and when they make the revitup kits for staged cars and we have the extra 500 rpm for them to use.. we'll let you reevaluate the situation

They can always make it better, I know, but I can't say dissapointed about it...

first off nice job alpha

second off sp00ner I think you missed the part of his post where he said that the stage kits would officially work for 04's too (hence saying it was 2004-2006).

that's some sweetness though. I'm trying to figure out if I can find a saturn dealer can install that in the car, and use that with my negotiation process with finding myself a RL, those this is really pushing me along! .

and yea I think the increased rev limiter will do a LOT more than you originally think, for the people that are speculative.... granted on the street it wont' be nearly as much, but if you do any racing (be it drag or track) you'll notice the difference on the track because you'll have less shifting, and at the drag because you shouldn't have to make that final shift that slows down everyone's quarter mile times.
I could easily see some consistent low-mid 13's with stage 2? I think so

in the words of carl: " Ahh sweet sweet nectah"

7k rpm redline is gonna be hoss. with a 3" pulley, that supercharger is gonna fucking shriek.

I'm also happy that my 04 ECU isnt going to suck anymore! That means that with I/H/E we should be able to net high 260+ whp.

Anyone think these dyno's were a little "conservative" just like the 205hp claim on our cars was?

I think these dynos show higher gains than what they claimed, dont't they? The gain with stage 2, from about 4500-6500 in huge...

Either way, with 260 whp in a FWD car, thats about as useable for a street/track/weekend warrior setup as it's gonna get. (realistically)

So ~250 wheel with stage 2. toss on some headers, good exhaust, and an intake, and you are probably looking at ~270 wheel.

That is exactly what i am looking for

I think im gonna go all GM with that, aside from motor mounts, and intake. Gonna get the extrude hone exhaust manifold, the perf. exhaust, and the staged kits.

Things are really looking up for us!

P.S. Spooner, i got those dunlops in my basement. i mounted them up at work to see what they look like. they look amazing. 225 45 zr17. Im gonna wear out the SP9000's first before i put these on though. Lemme know if you want any info on em. they are the FM 901's

I'm actually really impressed with the gains of the stage 2 over stock and the stage 1 that the 2nd dyno shows. Specifically, where the extra power shows up in the rpm range. Especially with the torque increase from about 3000 - 5500. I need to start putting away for that kit now.
