What size pulley is coming with GM Stage 2?

Sorry if this has been discussed. I did a search there are just too many threads that mention "pulley" and "GM stage kits" to sift through them all.

I thought I heard some mention of 3.1 a while back, but I'm not too sure.

It could be 3.0 though.

Cool. That would be 3.06 inches then.

Question though...say we get stage 1 and get the rev increase and the hp increase, but have a 2.9 pulley. By getting stage 2(3.0" pulley), won't you actually lose some boost and hp by going to a bigger pulley? I know at 7k you'll be exceeding 14k rpms for your blower..but how much will you be exceeding it by and how much boost and hp would you lose by getting stage 2...

I thought I heard 79mm for the pulley. As discussed in another thread, if the boost bypass is left (changed rpm) in place on the stage 1 upgrade and removed in the stage 2 kit, I would think it would be prudent to purchase/ flash the 2 in and replace the stage 2 ~3.1 pulley with a 2.X pulley for even more boost? I was thinking of going this route, suggestions, comments?

I plan on doing the same thing. I am not too worried about the blower speed if I slap on a 2.9 pulley. There are guys running 2.6 and 2.7 pullies with no problems. I am just going to get stage 2, and put on a 2.9 pulley.

EXACTLY. And we we should be pushing even more boost and hp than the other stage 2 guys.
