testing mods

I put on a 2.6 pulley, 42.5 injectors, using a maf-t. my aem a/f gauge says I am running between 11.2 and 12.5 on a/f. I may dyno tomorrow. It pulls like a raped ape. I ran mamma who dyno'ed yesterday at 233hp and 210tq. I pulled on her hard as soon as I reached 2800 rpm.
I have a question for those that are running the maf-t. what settings are you running at? I am running with the wot switch set to the max lean. I thought that was odd but my a/f gauge looks good, and the car feels great. Is this normal?
