S/C snout FYI

I was talking to Tim from intense racing yesterday and I he mentioned that they will be selling new snouts which have been machined down to fit the 2.6" pullies. He did not give a price but he did say they would be avalible for purchuse in 2-3 weeks.

I, personally, cant wait. Once I get one I can run the 2.6" with water/meth injection and with a re-tune of my emanage I could hit some pritty good #s. I know for alot of you, this shit wont be very fesable because of your tunning, i.e. reflash/pretunned units, but I think others will have some good opertunities for some rediculous boost #s with this snout.

I agree, I'm looking forward to that but I'll stick with my 2.8" pulley kit from Intense for now...before going all the way down to a 2.6" pulley, which by the way should put the RL around 20lbs of boost, I'm thinking about getting everything ported and see if GM is offering the forged internals that they have going in the Solstice GXP/SKY Redline. An upside though is from what I heard from Todd at Intense is that they will be able to program the PCM and send them out, like they do for the cars with 3800s in them so anyone without a piggy back doesn't have to spend too much $
