I think it takes the computer a little bit of time to learn the additional airflow. When I got my 3.15 on the car really felt faster after driving for a while. Probably wouldn't hurt to reset the computer by disconnecting the neg. battery terminal and let the car sit for about a half hour. I didn't do this, but I would have if I'd though about it at the time.

How did you do the boost bypass? I would plug the line after the selonoid not before it.

I didn't think about the computer at all...what should I do when I'm on the dyno, swapping pulley rings next week? I kinda just figured I could swap rings and go back to making a couple runs...if the computer needs time to "learn" then my plan is majorily flawed.

I did this and the car threw a code. Electronic memory or something like that.

Weird, I've done it three or four times to clear the P0170 lean code and never had it set a code.

LOL. I disconnected the ground while installing the pulley. It threw the code upon restart. I test drove it then disconnected the battery again thinking the code was from the pully. Reconnected and still a code. Read it and reset it a Autozone. 2 codes, both the same.

I get the P603 code everytime I disconnect the battery, very odd. I just clear it.

First off... they pulley does not add like 40 hp... I'm not positive how much hp it gains, but you have gained quite a bit of torque down low. You have the same mods as myself, in terms of engine mods, and a vast majority of people with these two mods are in the 230-240 whp range. I think that's all the HP you can get with an intake and pulley, without fuel injectors.

The first time I noticed the difference, was the fact that my tires would start to spin in places where they never used to. The car needs a few mins to adjust to the airflow, but not alot. Hell, it only took my car about 2 min to adjust for my new injectors, it runs perfect with them in.

It might take a few mins for the car to readjust the amount of fuel it's getting, but for the most part WOT is a set map, but there are some variables that get flopped here and there.
