Brakes are messed up . . . Quick Responses Please!

Alright, well I kind of think I KNOW what the issue is but I'm going to give everybody the facts and see what all of ya'll think . . .

Alright, I just rotated my tires today, I put the Eagle RS-A's on the back and the 7/16ths tread Dunlops back on the front; my brakes have been feeling funny and I was hoping a more responsive tire would help to diagnose the problem, as the RS-A's are 205-50-17's and far more squishy. Well, got the tires on, and I am definitely positive that my brakes are giving me trouble right now. Before they were not stopping as well as they used to; now it's almost scary. Also, it seems like for some stops (with the Dunlops & Eagles alike), sometimes the pedal doesn't travel very far at all & sometimes it goes all the way to the floor. Also, in some quicker stops, where the brakes shouldn't be locking whatsoever, I feel the ABS pulse a little bit.

Now, my pads are VERY low. I'm getting a new set tonight and PRAYING that it helps the problem.

Also, my rotors have been warped & resurfaced TWICE, and I can already see them scoring again - looks like I'm taking the beast into Saturn to get THOSE replaced as well.

As for what it feels like, the Dunlops changed the feel a lot - get some time away from 'em and put them back on, you'll feel like you're on rails after the fact. (Really stiff sidewall action there). However, with the Dunlops on the front it almost seems like I can't do the same things I used to with the Eagles because the brakes are so bad.

Opinions? Input? Diagnoses? Thanks in advance - I'll be keeping my eye here for awhile!

He shouldn't have to bleed them unless he has opened the lines. Is the car leaking fluid? Still under warranty? Is there fluid in the reservoir?

Haha, appreciate the quick responses! Although not that helpful, they were rapid, and I appreciate THAT!

I have not tried bleeding the system; the thought crossed my mind, but I definitely don't have the facilities here & now to take care of that. The only think I can think of is I'm taking my sister to Lansing, and taking it to Saturn of Okemos while I'm out there, but I really am not sure if I want to drive it 45 miles away . . .

Yes, fluid in resevoir. Checked that. No fluid leaking. Still under warranty for 11,000 miles. Probably the pads & rotors, honestly.
