Clunking when going into 1st

Whenever I'm at a stop in neutral and go into first, I get a clunking noise. I was thinking it's maybe a mount, but there's no way the mounts should be gone already on a practically new car. Does this happen to anyone else, or is it normal on these cars? It's f'ing annoying.

No, I've never been to the track with it. It's done it ever since I've had it, and I've babied this car for the little time that I've had it.

It's stock.

It's an 05 with 4,000 miles. So it's pretty close to brand new.

if you bought it used it might be the person before you busted or really close to busted a mount (maybe tranny) and it could cause something like that but ..... now that i think of it more if it sounds like its comming from the tranny then i wonder if its something wrong with some sysncro's
