Question Please don't shoot me but...

do I have to take the entire tensioner off to put on my new idler pulley from billetflow, or can I just unscrew the old pulley and put the new pulleyon?? I believe I don't have to grind anything, because it is the new pulley from billetflow. I did the search but can't find anywhere on how to do this. Thanks guys...

All you have to do pop the little plastic cover off the stock tensioner and then take that onebolt out. It is a T-50

I was actually thinking of getting a bigger tensioner pulley. I like the Zzperf. adjustable tensioner bracket, but the stock bracket has that nice 15mm square chuck to pull down on it. Even using a folded up shop towel with a screwdriver on the ZZ one has put a few dents in my tensioner pulley and even cracked a small piece of it off on the inboard side.

ZZP makes a tensioner tool? I know that PB does. Will it work on the ZZP adjustable bracket?
