Pop and gurgle in the exhaust

New issue with my car. Last couple of weeks or so I've noticed that I've had an unusual amount of popping through the exhaust. Quite a bit upon deceleration while still in gear. Last night I was listening to it idle and it sounded exceptionally uneven. I went around the back to listen to the tail pipe and verified it. It's not the usual inconsistent idle issue, more like a miss. The idle was up and down with an occasional puff noise which is usually indicative of a miss. I checked the tach and it was holding steady, couldn't really feel anything unusual in the car. Did some driving with a couple of hard runs and she felt fine but still sounded pretty rough in the rear. I'm not sure where to start here........there's no plug wires, so perhaps I need to yank the plugs. I don't think that they should be causing a problem after only 10K though, even if we do run a bit rich. I also thought that maybe my IAT's are high and the PCM is just up to no good. It's been mid 90's and up over here but again I'm not sure if that should be related to this condition. Can anyone give me a suggestion? Thank you in advance.

I'd say the plugs are a good start. Personally, I always inspect/replace my plugs every 10k.

Any pros/cons to this, or did you just want to sound like an SRT4 for a day?
