Constant P1182's and 2nd P0068 on my stock '04 RL

Hey everyone! Well got my second P0068 today on my way to work while downshifting to 2nd and got thrown into limp mode. I'm taking in my RL tomorrow in the morning to get her looked at since I've also been getting constant P1182's as well. I know nduchene had the same problem I've been having and he got his stock CAI replaced. Anyone else has had this problem before on their stock RL and got it fixed? If so, any TSB's that might help me out in case they can't figure it out?

Any help is appreciated!

Once they reflash it with the latest and greatest the issue will likely subside

I hope so. A weekly CEL and yesterdays limp mode incident was beginning to drain my patience. It's in the hands of my local service techs now.

Got my car back yesterday. Per my service writer, the service techs were able to get the recreate the codes (P1182 and P0068) and said they followed document 1839891 which gave them the procedures to clean the throttle body. Anybody knows whether this is a TSB related document?

Cleaning the TB is a common "quick fix." The problem goes away for a while, and then comes back.

Yeah, I figured it would be a quick fix. I bet I can still get it to throw a P1182 if I had the AC at full blast. In fact since it's a hot day today I'm gonna try it out. I'll be surprised if it doesn't throw the code.

Run it hard for a couple of minutes w/ the A/C cranked, then go sit at a redlight. You'll get the code.

Funny, I was annoyed everytime I would see the code. Now here I am anxious to see whether I can make the code appear. I'm am gonna try it on my way back home from work. Shouldn't be hard to make it happen if the problem still exists.

It's not "techncially" a TSB... YET at least
Just sort of a Dealers Only "Tip Sheet" that was published internally June 16 outlining potential resolutions to the P1182
