2nd gear '04 owners

how often does your redline through you out of 2nd gear

dont get me wrong i do drive fast and shift at high rpms

just wanting to know if this happens to anyone else

well i have never had it happen either, and i RIP on my car...lol as you can tell from my posts i am having problems right now though

mine never pops out of gear either....
that don't sound right dude!

Mine has never popped out of gear, but from time to time it doesn't like to catch 2nd. I can't narrow it down to what I'm doing, it happens in quick shifts and normal shifts. It isn't an often occurance so I've not taken it in yet. But like I said, no popping out of gear what-so-ever.

Popping out of 2nd gear = bad mount (probably tranny mount)

Not here, either. Can only slide it outta gear w/o clutch after I back off throttle, which I guess is normal.
