sorry to post such an insignificant post but I need to find out where is the post about the june 14 software upgrade Ive looked everywhere but cant find it. Sheek had told me he saw it but I cant find it anywhere

i cant friggin find it again, but when i went to the dealer yesterday the service manager said it doesnt exist! Either that or he didnt really look.

That 2nd link from WOP is the "infamous" lean code, correct? Was that problem tied to the "rough" idle issue, at some point? I think that's the overall problem we're looking to solve with the reflash, no?

That should help I think. Yes it is the June 14th 2006 software and it is out there. I had to pull teeth to get the service writer to write up a order so the tech could go out with me to see the weird idle and surge/bucking.

Yea, the content in any posts labled "check your emails" have been intentionally deleted because they are PIs (Preliminary Information) details proprietary and NOT officially released yet into the public domain. i.e. NOT an official TSB as of yet. (Including the PI that references the June 14 reflash)

The TSB issued on June 21(that I linked to) is the officially released TSB #06-06-04-033 - (06/21/2006) that describes the exact same software update (that remedies BOTH P0171 and the idle issues) that was broadcast to dealers on June 12 2006
