idle bounce w/ac

I've been putting up with an annoying idle bounce from 500 to 1500rpm just when the ac is on. Saturn says there's a reflash to correct this but not one for my stage reflash? Anyone else with this problem? How can I find out if/when a update stage reflash comes out? If I have to pay for that, though, I'll just wait to I get to hp tuners eventually.

Yeah, mine did it too when I first got the stg 2, but it's been smoothing itself out and getting better little by little. It's not as bad now as it was at first, maybe it's just my car, or maybe the ecu is correcting the problem, IDK.

My car did the exact same thing after getting staged. Almost seemed like it was going to die when I turned the AC on... Now it's smoothed out and it runs better then it did when it was stock.

After the TSB reflash it still bounces but not as bad. It sucks that the stage guys have to just deal with it though.

My idle bounces pretty bad too. It is way more noticeable with the solid mounts and now it drives me crazy, hopefully there will be a way to fix this with HPT soon.

Now that I think about it, mine is doing this as well. It didn't start until after the stage upgrade though. Hmmmm.........

Rumor has it that the next beta version of HPTuners software will give us the ability to edit the LT and ST idle fuel trims which would make it possible to fix this issue.
