just dropped my car off at saturn. :(

They are looking at it tomarrow morning while i am at work.
I am having them check for the reversed intercooler wireing and the hesitating/bucking on cold start problem.

they said they haven heard of those problems and dont know if there is a TSB for it so if they need to repair it, it might not be under warranty...

So when i dropped it off for them to work on it in the morning i left a note in the little envelope with the TSB numbers for the hesitating/bucking and reversed wireing problems LOL.

We will see what they say when i call them about the car tomarrow.

Isn't it funny how a Saturn dealership isn't aware of the TSB's, but we are?

Boggles the freakin' mind.

In my experience when you go in for a problem and you say "there's a TSB", they tend to get a little snotty with you. Like "who the hell are you to tell ME if there is a TSB?"

And there is a TSB. On both. but I have tried twice to get them to check the one on the intercooler wireing and they say that unless I have a problem, they won't check it. That is bull. I haven't tried a different dealer yet.

b/c GM isn't bothering to make sure the techs understand these vehicles before servicing them. So we get cases where techs pull apart the trannies w/o the proper tools, etc.

Quality Control extends far beyond the building of a product.
