Adjusting the Actuator....

Before my actuator was removed, I was boosting normal...but now since it was put back on, my psi numbers aren't that good...I know weather is a factor, but I have a 2.9, so I should be boosting at around 16psi right?? Well I am only boosting 12.5-13psi....and I only got 13psi a couple times.

When you loosing the screws on the actuator, the whole piece moves up and down, so should it all the way up? all the down? or should it be centered? Since I wasn't the one who took it off, I don't know what position it was stock or does the actuator have nothing to do with the boost levels???

Any help would be nice...

Winter vs. Summer makes a difference. I only see about 15 psi now, and I saw 17 in the spring when it was nice and cool out.
