Drop in Boost at 6400

is this normal I thought GM reflash was suppose to fix this. It a pretty decent drop.


also does anyone have problems w/ when they start their car the radio/CD player doesn't come on?? If I restart it it comes on. I know these Radios are POS's just wondering if anyone else has this problem

do the boost bypass and you will have no probs with keeping your boost ..... i bet that they did it this way is so the next kit will have a higher rate bypassvalve so that you can boost more .... but with the one that we have on now will very very rarely let you boost past 13.5

To do that Do I just disconnect the line in between the Actuator and the Sylinold(sp)

Does that help in performance too? I have heard some guys having problems with the boost bypass. Is that true?

i have NO problems with it and ive had it done for many months ...... you take off the back end that connects to the sole.

does that line hook to the solenoid?? where does that one go to??

kinda hard to tell w/ the pic

if you look at the pic you see the hose thats to the very far left ..... that connects to the manafold (i think thats what it is) but its right behind the s/c that goes inbetween there ...... follow that all the way back and it goes into the back of the sole. disconnect that and plug with anything that will fill the entire hole ..... then you will notice that the boost WILL NOT drop ..... i can read about 15-16 with this done and w/o it done i can only read about 13 and thats with a 3" pulley
