Broken Axle, due to loose intermediate Bearing...

So...I got the verdict today about the clicking noise I was hearing from my passangerside axle. Some kind of fracture. I guess because the intermediate bearing was loose (a problem that was not fixed before, because it wzas blamed on somthing else clicking), it casued the axle to move around causing it to fracture. So...I get to drive around on the borken axle until the part comes in next Wed. my car hates me...

...I got underneath the car last night. I noticed that the axle has a teeny tiny crack right where it connects to the intermediate bearing. Its not a complete break, so I guess I can still drive on it. MUAHAHAHAHA time to launch at 6K . Im gonna see if the tech will let me keep my broken axle for pics.

no...it only clicks when the intermediate bearing moves. Like when the car lurches from starting off, or downshifting.

you have to have the car in gear, and when I gas it, it clicks 2-3 times, then when I let off it clicks 1-2 times.
