So I took my car to Saturn at 7am this morning (45min drive there). And my check engine light has been going off and on randomly. And also the passlock has been screwing up and not letting me start the car.

B3033 Security System Indicates Tamper BCM

Well the wife came with me because she wanted to go to Toys'R'Us to shop for her little sisters b-day.

Make a long story short they don't open till 10am we drove to a couple other places. Then heading back to Toys'R'Us the check engine light came back on

I have to go to a funeral today so I didn't have time to go back to Saturn im guessing the BCM is bad and they have to replace it. Am I correct WOP?

Nah took it to Tempe. They didn't say anything about the pulley.

I would think it's a crap shoot... right up until the BCM doesn't let the car start?

Hopefully it will be OK until they can get a BCM into it
Up until recently they were on permanant back-order so hopefully that's no longer an issue
