Rattling engine noise

I got my alternator bracket fixed and got my car setup with the 2.8 pulley. I loaded the tune and took her for a ride. The first time I got fully into it, it went to 15lbs, then there was this horrible rattling noise. It sounded like solid lifter on a V8 with bad rocker knock. I got out of it, then at the next stop I tried it again. It hasnt done it since but the funny thing is my buddy has the Intense 3 and he was in the car when mine did it and he said his makes the exact same noise. Why/what is causing this?? Other than that, the car is running tits!

It hasnt done it since but Im going to keep an ear for it. Then if I can figure out when its doing it, Ill try and record it. I had my HP scanner running at the time and it didnt show anything obvious. Showed "0" on the KR all the way through. Is there anyway just to double check and make sure that meter is working?? I have never seen it move, and when I had my interceptor in, it at least read knock when I shifted.

I doubt it. I have the stage 2 belt on there. Could it possibly be that I should have drove the car and let it adjust to the new tune before getting into it? I dont think I would have to do that cause the computer no longer knows what it used too so its not adjusting anything. Im running the tune you gave Korax. It was a weird noise. It kinda sounded like, besides what I said earlier, like high voltage, just bad sounding!!
