Terrible shifts first time driving it every day

Every morning the first few shifts i make are pretty terrible, feels like the car is gonna stall. It takes a while to rev, than it revs pretty hard. I shift like i always do and it's fine the rest of the day. I had it reflashed last week (horror story at the local dealer, they flashed my stage 2 back to stock, then i made them fix it) and it still does it. The dealer said it might be one of my injectors leaking, but I don't think i can just buy one and i have no idea which one it is. Anyone have any ideas?

I don't know why you'd discribe it as "shifts feel terrible," but the engine does need time to warm up, especially with colder plugs.

mine does the same thing.. if i pull over shut it off then re-start it its fine... not sure the dealer has done everything they can think of and gotten no where. i do find if i let it run for about 5-10 min w/ remote start it seems fine though..
