car jerking...

Does anyone else have a problem with the car jerking when first starting it? If so what should i do?

jerking when you start it up? Or do you mean when driving it?

You mean bucking in 1st gear when you engadge the clutch? I think they had a reflash for that. Try adjusting your seat one notch closer to the pedals. If I have my seat slid back too far, I can have this problem.

That's funny watts . I have that same problem. But I did have the bucking when engaging the clutch when I first started it up. I have an 04 and I got it reflashed with the 05 program and that cleared it up.

My car needed a LRN2Drive mod before it stopped kicking in first. A tune did help, though.

If you mean a little bucking when it's cold after the first start of the day, that just happens. 1st gear is pretty jerky in the car anyway. The gas pedal seems really sensitve to small inputs... it's great on track... annoying around town...

That was my "premature carbon buildup" issue from last December...ended up putting a new head in and cured the problems right up!

You mean they couldn't just use combustion chamber cleaner?
