Angry Help: Saturn didnt fix bumper scratches

WTF?
I saw the TSB about the bumber vs. trunk scratches and thought that they would have to repair the paint but when i got my car back friday i got what you seen in the pics below. WTF 3 rubber bumbers and stickers fixes this? I cant show my car in a car show looking like this!!! Any suggestions on what i should do or does anyone know if they were supposed to repaint the bumber and trunk lid?

Both my homeboys that used to work in the service department as managers both moved over to the sales side so that left an airheaded chick that doesnt know a saturn from an el camino working the desk. I asked her directly if she knew and she couldnt give me an answer. So now im going to talk with the General Manger and see what he says because this just aint gonna fly.

Damn thats crazy. I wash my car twice a week (BLACK PAINT) by hand. If I saw that when I went to pick up my car I'd have a fit.

Did you ask her if the TSB covers painting the rear bumper? I know that it does, but maybe she doesn't.

That really sucks about all the dealships that you all goto.

The one that I goto is always ready to help with just about anything. And whenever they wash my car, they usually do better than I do (except for the wheels )

hey dude get used to it your 23 and you have a car that's known for hauling ass. so that automatically means you race everywhere you go. wait till you have some big issues with your car. you have just caught the begining of the BS that probably going to come. if you ask them to pain it they look at you as trying to get something for free. they didnt have a problem when you gave them the money to pay for the warranty when you bought the car. and they dont have a problem taking your money when you buy and extended warranty either.
