Angry Problem with hurst shifter

ok the install went pretty good but I got one small problem, the reverse lockout dose not work. you can put into reverse without pulling up on the triger. I was checking things out and it looks as though they machined it to high, it just dose not engage the plastic piece. was just woundering if anyone else that has got/installed it has run into this problem.

I think that can be adjusted by raising/ lowering the height of the knob.

dont think thats posible, it has a flat squre (sp) were the set screw locks it onto the pivet ball.even if I were to modify that spot it would put the cable conector smack dab on that bottom plastic making it scrap.other than that it looks like I would have elongate the slot were the lever rises up and down on

ya it sucks but not that bad realy. just disapointed that it is not 100% its like 95%lol,everything else is fine the only thing it alowes you to move the shifter further to the right than normal so 5th is a little tricky to get. and I have not yet heard of anyone lese that has got it installed yet. hopefuly some will chime in
