The labor is what is keeping me from furthur pursuing my clutch being fixed. i got about 4000 miles on my fx300, and i feel it never fully disengages. it shifts decent, going in smoothly approx 65% of the time and "clunky" the other 35%. but i am never "locked out" of a gear as long as i push the clutch through the floor. but the car drives and i dont have the money or resources to pursue a fix.

Well...they okay'd the labor, but would not and will not warranty it...although, my dealership's knee-jerk reaction was to ban any/all future A/M installs.

i think thats an issue with alot of us man but im going to do my best to get the military to help me out. im going to utilize my resources so if you've made any formal or informal complaints about the CM fx300 ie via forums telephone ect. and you have documented proof of this send it my way its more fuel to the fire.
