Clutch is a wear item, just like brakes and tires, and is not covered under warranty. Expect to pay for it.

Since you learned how to drive a manual in your Red Line, it's probably excessive wear. The Red Lines are hard to drive, even for people who've been driving manuals for years. Learning on one is sure to burn the clutch out pretty quick.
Having problems already with them. My mother was supposed to be contacted this morning by them to see what was wrong with my car and a time estimate. Well, she hasn't been called yet.

Hang in there... is this you first new car I assume? First time dealing with dealership and mechanics? Pretty soon you'll start learning how to do these things yourself, and you'll see why. Don't worry too much, just remember that they have to take care of the people that were there first, or had appointments. They can't just shove them out of the way for your car, even if it's newer. They'll get to it, if it's just the clutch, they should have it back together quick. They might be fighting amongst themselves trying to get you the work done under warranty or something. They'll get it.

I'm pissed because I took it in last night and I am willing to bet they don't have a clutch for my car and didn't order the assembly last night. If so, then I doubt I'll have my car tomorrow.

My mothers dealing with them the most. Remember, I'm 17 and it's in her name. We have a car care plan and she gets the rental since I am not old enough. So I get to drive a 2005 Relay 3 FWD and she gets a Chevy Malibu.

Well not to sound like an ass, but be happy they are going to fix it under warranty. Don't go pushing the dealer around, especially if he is going to replace the clutch for you. Now I can understand if you had to pay for it out of pocket and he was jerking you around. Having your car gone for a couple of days is no big deal, as you get older you'll find out that is pretty common with cars.

One of my car I drove 3 times within a six week spand. Talk about shitty, once something was fixed something else would break. All under warranty, but still a pain in the ass (note it wasn't a Saturn)

Has she been working with Arlene? That would explain a lot.

She's the reason I don't go to South at all anymore.

Well, the techs are dumbasses and haven't looked at my car. They are predicting labor intesive because they have to take the whole transmission out and haven't ever worked on one.

Wow, isn't that beautiful. I'm pretty sure they don't have to remove the tranny to get to the clutch (not 100% positive). Maybe they should talk to some SAAB techs, I bet the can just separate the tranny from the engine and slide it towards the wheel well. That is how it is done on most FWD vehicles...

Seriously, my two completely mechanically inept friends did the clutch on an Integra with some wheel ramps and my tools. Actually, one of them was good with cars, my bad, but they still did it in a apartment garage space with no serious tools.

Yes, I am very pissed off. I am very frustrated. I know they could do it easily.

Just ease up, there's nothing that getting too pissed can do for ya. When I went in for service, it was within that 30 days, and once I felt they were dragging, I asked for my 30 day return policy. That got 'em moving. If it's there first one, let them go a little slower. I hate to say it, but it's hard on a Friday to get something done. I'm not sure about your dealer, but mine is closed on Saturday, the service department anyway. So if that's true with you, the best you can hope for is that they hammer it out first thing Monday. It did take my buddies 2 days I think, and the guy had changed an Integra clutch before. Just beat the hell outta the rental everyday...
