Angry SOMEONE PLEASE HELP...ASAP...exhaust issue

I changed my exhaust over today to a zzp header and downpipe...and matched it to a magnaflow cat back...the car sounds good and all...but upon acceleration...it started to buck and stall out almost...it go so bad that i was trying to go and it was just hesitating and throwing me back and forth...i shut it off...and checked all of my connections to make sure nothing was loose...all of the 02 sensors are plugged in properly and i cant figure out what is causing this hesitation and stalling in my car...

did i fry a spark plug or something? if anyone else has ever had this problem PLEASE HELP...

Doesn't really sound like an exhaust issue to me. My car was doing that before my radiator blew up. But it wasn't shutting off or anything, it was giving lots of hesitation with a REALLY strong iradic idle.

Hope that helps some. I'm still in the learning process about these cars.

are you running a catless DP?

you may need a CEL fix for that.

other than that. Un-plug your battery cable for a hour, then re-install. the ECU will re-learn the new exhaust.

problems persist...look for things that may have gotten stuck in your exhaust...make sure things are lined up right...and connected.

^lol...i dont know much more than you do...i just read too much...and think of obvious things that could cause the problem...i.e. misaligned gasket causing backpressure to builld up?...

...the best way to solve a problem is to rule out the simple things first, then when the problem still exists, try to figure out HowTF the blinkerfluid is affecting the spark plugs...

Do you have an intake, and has it been raining where you're at?

Finnaly after a few hours of frustration and the advice of a very well trained mechanic we just ended up disconnecting the battery a few times and the last time for 10 mins then we just let it run for 20 minutes or so. The computerr seems to have taken a likeing to the new hardware. It definately pulls harder from midrange up but I did lose some low end torque. The sound I think is amazing and not overly loud and I will get some video of it this weekend when we all go for a cruise.

Thanks for all you guys help and advice.
