Ok So I figured out how to do the Crankshaft variation Relearn with HP Tuners

With the help of another HP Tuners forum memeber I've figured out how to do the CASE learn i.e. the crankshaft variation relearn with HP Tuners. However,When I attempt to do it I get started I get to the point where im gradually taking the car to its fuel cut off point (while in neutral) and when the TPS goes over 20% it says that my TPS is too high and it stops the learn procedure. Does anyone have an idea as to why this may be happening?

2005 Cobalt SS/TC - Forged, Cam'd, Ported, Turbo'd. definitively faster then your LSJ.

^idle scaler? you want to clarify that? (maybe with a screen shot)

I was helping mike a whole lot during the initial tuning. At first he couldnt even get the car to turn over. 2 hours later, we had her starting on 1 crank...

...and I havent ever used HPT before. You guys have it easy. Everything is mapped out and explained...lol. I have to haxors my ECU...

we had to change it to get the car to idle.

your value may have to change from that, but its another area to check.

lol good stuff.

at least with the 2.0ECM you wont have to worrie about VE.

i cant see that SMS TB causing the issue your having because the size differance is so small but its another place to check.
