Like I said, I think it's something else wrong that's throwing the codes for your O2 sensors. For example, if you're mis-firing and dumping un-burned fuel in to your exhaust, the O2 sensor will read it.

I'm guessing your problem is before that.

P0036 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Sensor 2 ECM
P0141 HO2S Heater Performance Sensor 2 ECM
P0140 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Sensor 2 ECM
P0300 Engine Misfire Detected ECM

IMO, the 36 and 140 make it sound like it might be a dead O2. Dead O2 would cause the fuel spike which would cause the misfire. A misfire shouldn't kill the heater element in the O2 sensor, so it probably was due to it.

Interesting read, might help you understand what's going on.

Either way, check your plugs to see if they're fouled (I think you said you got a Cyl 3 misfire before, check that one first).

hmmm i wonder who tuned the car...

...oh yea, people that have no idea how to tune cars.

Let this be a lesson to all those other people that dont know:
this is what you get when you allow people that havent the first idea how to tune cars. Mainly because they didnt know anything about cars in the first place, and they cant work on the cars themselves without causing other problems.

Answer to the OP's problem:
why dont you do what ive been suggesting to you the entire time?...

FLASH YOUR CAR BACK TO BONE STOCK! (unless you didnt save your tune...which i believe is the case)
PUT ALL YOUR STOCK PARTS BACK ON! (unless you sold them all, and/or destroyed them in the install/removal of your aftermarket parts)
...then you might be able to pass ref., might also have no problems with the car.

Im almost thinking about exiling you to the "other" site, for the reason of:
"SEVERE MENTAL RETARDATION"

at this point, you are in DIRE need of a proffesional. Someone that will get your car back to proper running order, pass CARB ref., and tuned to work properly.
