loose ebrake cable

my ebrake was loose before, and then i changed all 4 rotors and put all new pads on. but my ebrake is still loose, how do i tighten up the cable?

I Bought Boost Gauge And Fuel Air Mix Gauge And A Shiffting Light , Does Anyone Know Where The Wires Go And What Color Are The Wires , I Know The Mix Have To Go To The O2 Sensore But There Is 4 , I Dont Know Wich One To Pick . The Shifting Light I Dont Know Where To Connect The 3rd Wire , Please Help Me !!!

There's an easy fix, just gotta tighten something inside the car under the break boot. I don't know the specifics offhand, but if you use the search function you'll find it pretty fast.
